eix-sync -q always gives the output from time on stderr, which is very nasty, when using it by cron

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. eix-sync -q
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
something like:

real 113.74
user 10.44
sys 5.64

Expected Results:  
only errors when occured
