1. uclibc requires that sys/types.h are included before regex.h. This is an old POSIX requirement so regex.h should probably have the sys/types.h include.

2. use sched_yield() instead of pthread_yield.

I permit myself to close this obsolete bug. This version of rsyslog is deprecated and not in portage for a long time.
