Bug 237487 – games-strategy/savage-bin-2.00e: multiple fixes to be applied to current ebuild

I attach a diff to be applied to current ebuild for fixing the following problems:
1. Addition of http://www.newerth.com/ as homepage because it contains a lot of information about new savage versions and updates
2. Usage of newerth mirror as it's much faster than current www.notforidiots.com one (30-40 kb/s vs. >700kb/s)
3. Addition of patch suggested by upstream (http://www.newerth.com/?id=downloads&op=displayDownload&category=1&file=SFE-Standalone.tar.gz), it fixes website stats tracking, ingame clan management and icons ( http://www.newerth.com/?id=downloads&op=displayDownload&category=3&file=lin-client-auth-patch.zip ). Seems that new game.so has texrels, then, I add it to QA_TEXTRELS (anyway it works fine)
4. Modification of RDEPEND to really handle amd64 installation
5. Addition of sed for defaulting to better resolution (it was dropped in reworked ebuild recently added to portage tree maybe because file to change is a different one)
6. I add an icon taken from game (with a screenshot), icon was lost with reworked ebuild as new tarball doesn't include an icon. I previusly asked in forums about license issues and seems that there shouldn't be any problem in using an image from the game:

in portage except for the icon stuff.  We generally don't include custom icons like that.

That icon is taken from the game, then, I dubt it has any license issues :-/
