x11-terms/clusterssh-3.22 - bump

We do not need patches for 3.21 (clusterssh-3.21-disable-warning.patch, clusterssh-3.21-xrm-remove-class.patch) anymore - I have removed them from clusterssh-3.21.ebuild.

Tested on 2.6.26-tuxonice, SMP PREEMPT, x86_64 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo
