Bug 237212 – dev-libs/libgweather-2.22.3: "°C" font is not antialiased

"°C" font is not antialiased in weather applet and clock applet, I have tried to change font from gnome-appearance-properties but "°C" is not changed at all.

I already reported it to upstream but maintainer told me that I should install liberation-fonts for getting it antialiased:

The problem is that, even after installing and using liberation fonts I still get the non-antialiased simbol

but I still have the same problem on all machines I have tried (four machines), I have checked that it works ok in opensuse
