When logged in as a user which is not a member of the group games, the games in gnome-extra/gnome-games are on the applications menu, and can be run.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log into gnome as user not in the group 'games'
2. Select Applications -> Games and then any of the options

Actual Results:  
I played a game

Expected Results:  
Either (best) the Games menu should not have been there,
or it should have been empty
or (worst) the games should have outputted an error and exited immediately upon opening.
