Summary sais it all, what summary does not say, attachments will.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Reproduction process is most probably hardware-dependant, this is what i did:
1. Install Gentoo.
2. Emerge xorg-x11.

try to rebuild mesa (with bare cflags) same for the ati drivers.

One workaround described here: http://www.gentoo.ru/?q=node/9967
You need to manually:
ln -s /usr/lib/opengl/xorg-x11/lib/libGL.so.1.2 /usr/lib/libGL.so
then rebuild mesa and ati-drivers.

this ati-drivers version was removed from tree
