the call to start-stop-daemon in /etc/init.d/rpc.gssd misses a "--"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add options for rpc.gssd to /etc/conf.d/nfs
2. # /etc/init.d/rpc.gssd restart
3. # ps fax | grep rpc.gssd
  shows an empty commandline

Actual Results:  
Options in OPTS_RPC_GSSD from /etc/conf.d/nfs don't get passed to rpc.gssd by /etc/init.d/rpc.gssd
