This is pretty simple.  The catalyst developers have been continuing development on a new repository.  As such, the live ebuild needs to be changed to point to this new location.

Robin has already done this for genkernel, but it needs to be done for catalyst, too.

The new location is a git repo, instead of svn, so it needs some minor changes to the ebuild.  The new repo is at git://git.wolf31o2.org/projects/catalyst.git and is public.
