Hi,

I would like to remove from the tree the package sci-visusalization/scigraphica and its core component sci-libs/libscigraphica for the following reasons:
- dead upstream
- gtk-1
- depend on numarray, no numpy planned
- bugs
- many alternatives

I masked them and removal is planned on September 28 unless someone stands and volunteers to maintain properly the package.

Sounds good; looks like nothing has happened upstream
for at least 3 years.
