A new release has been made, 0.7.1086

I hope this fixes the issues with DUMB library (I haven't checked), I can't bear that it works perfectly on Windows and that it is not working on my Gentoo

i had to remove vorbis use because it still depends on old dumb library... code structure kept for easy adaptation when upstream upgrade :]

hups foget to remove vorbis from src_uri, so when someone will put it into tree/overlay fix it :] (it is not affecting ebuild at all, just downloading unneeded file)

So... this one still needs the old dumb library and it's a beta version.  I don't see a compelling reason to add it to portage.  We'll pick up the next non-beta release.  marking LATER.
