Please bump gnofract4d to 3.9. A simple rename of the current ebuild appears to work here.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. cp gnofract4d-3.7.ebuild gnofact4d-3.9.ebuild
2. ebuild gnofract4d-3.9.ebuild digest
3. emerge gnofract4d
