bt747 is a GPS data logger manager. The application is written in java and depends on a library called superwaba that is not yet in portage

Just examining the ebuild and the jnlp file from homepage I can say that proguard is probably a DEPEND only. You can pass "--build-only" to java-pkg_jar-from to avoid recording jar/package as a runtime dependency.
