I've been using it for more than 10 days now. Works like a charm (although I don't trust enabling DRI in xorg.conf yet so I didn't fully test XvMC and suchlike. @Donnie: Did you want to do anything special here? Would it help if I set myself up as (co-)maintainer? With the newest releases, you can also unblock openchrome from the xorg-server release as they work fine with the 1.5 prereleases, as told to me by schlobinux on #unichrome. I made a local overlay, removed the block, and emerge xorg-server 1.4.99.906 and recompiled openchrome, and it worked without a problem. jer, feel free to take it over entirely and remove x11 from metadata. Since this is assigned to x11, I'm closing this because that's how we currently handle bugs. |
