Reassigning to the KDE team, as these are their project documents. Allen, for future reference, documents in /proj/ belong to that particular project. The GDP only handles documents that are in /doc/en/, though I don't think Bugzilla is properly setup to automatically assign documentation bugs to the right projects. We used to handle the KDE guide, but the former KDE project lead placed it under the KDE team's jurisdiction shortly before he retired. That said, since the KDE team is understaffed at the moment, if you guys want help with the doc, I'm available to make the requested changes. We're currently in the process of working on kde-4.1 and rethinking what we'll offer to our users. We're starting an internal discussion about kde organization, so a few more substantial updates might be required in the end. Please give us some time to reach a conclusion and we'll get back to this. I'm just leaving a note here to state this bug is not being ignored. I'll try to take care of this soon. In last kde meeting i said that i'll do a total rewrite for kde3 and kde4. Many issues will be explained, as well as the (soon-to-be) removal of kde 3.5.9 both split and monolithic. So i'm closing this as it is only spamming the buglist :) bugzie The guides looks quite fixed for me. @Tampakrap: reso later is not closing Later means we need to review that bug again in some time ;] |
