I've built a bunch of perl modules that make RT (http://www.bestpractical.com) 
happy when. They are:

The upload doesn't seem to work from my windows machine. The URL works.

Is there a seperate request for RT? As a general rule, perl modules are only added if they fulfill a dependancy for an application. 

Also, YAML and Module::Build were added this week (along with a complete change to the perl-modules eclass to accomodate it). Just passing on so you know,

I'm working on one. ETA unknown, but with the modules as ebuilds sometime this month.

Re-open if you want to pursue this again, but no sense in clogging up the bugtree fo rnow.
