Patched files to enable vertical splitting in GNU screen, from here: http://fungi.yuggoth.org/vsp4s/

Probably won't be necessary once screen 4.1 comes out, according to:
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/screen-users/2007-02/msg00000.html

But in the meantime, thought I'd throw it out there as an option. It works quite well.

We already have app-misc/screen-4.0.3_p20070403 in the tree. It's a snapshot and contains the vertical split feature as upstream implements it.
