Looks like the ext3 conversion utility "convert" is not installed.

Good catch!  The makefile does not build convert by default because it requires libext2fs, but we depend on this anyway, so I've added the make for convert.  Note that it is built and installed as btrfs-convert.

Checked in as btrfs-0.16-r1
