Replacement of net-dialup/radiusclient and net-dialup/radiusclient-ng for http://wiki.freeradius.org/Radiusclient#History

Both of the previous aren't maintained, and the code has become part of the FreeRadius codebase. ftp://ftp.freeradius.org/pub/radius/freeradius-client-1.1.6.tar.bz2

Where is the ebuild proposal? EBUILD keyword should not be set unless the bug has an ebuild attached to it.
