I know there is txqueuelen_eth* support in openrc but it would be nice to have it added to current stable baselayout-1*, i have already made patches to support txqueuelen_eth* have a look at http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-5171479.html#5171479

Most likely won't happen. The only new baselayout-1* changes that are going to happen are major system issues.

Pity, since this is a trivial change and i don't believe it could possibly cause any issues/bugs.

i see no patches here ... all relevant information has to be in the bug, not in some external site
