Even though the x11-misc/dekorator ebuild is masked with the ~amd64 keyword, it seems to work fine (i haven't found any bugs using it for about 5 hours, there are  no problems with themes, settings etc.). I think, it would be safe to unmask the ebuild.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just unmask and install the ebuild.
Actual Results:  
Works fine.

Expected Results:  
Working DeKorator.
