The 'H' (show headers) command doesn't work in Pine 4.53.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. view a message
2. press 'h'


Actual Results:  
error: command 'h' not defined for this screen

Expected Results:  
message should have redisplayed with headers

Make sure this option checked under Setup->Config
