here you should suggest to set the clock according to the UTC time, not localtime, as the given time is interpreted to be UTC.

Thanks for your report but please read the link you've given:

"If the date/time displayed is wrong, update it using the date MMDDhhmmYYYY syntax (Month, Day, hour, minute and Year). At this stage, you should use UTC time. "

We do suggest UTC already.
