Please find attached an ebuild for the VLSI CAD system "Magic".  Magic is one of
the few pieces of free software from the early '80s that's still worth running.
 Armed with this program and a billion-dollar fabrication plant, you can be the
next Andy Grove (or Chuck Moore, for that matter.)

It's been handed off a few times over the years, but the current home for Magic
is http://vlsi.cornell.edu/magic.

I do not know which category would be most appropriate for this.  Locally, I've
been using app-eng.  It's not exactly a scientific application, and none of the
others seemed right, either.
