doxygen-1.5.2 segfaults when compiling libspectre-0.2.0. Upgrading doxygen to 1.5.4 fixes the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -1v =libspectre-0.2.0

Actual Results:  
doygen segfaults

Expected Results:  
Compiled successfully.

Although the underlying problem is doxygen's, libspectre's dependency on doxygen should be updated to require a later version that includes the fix for it. I did not test with doxygen-1.5.3, which may also work.

Please post your `emerge --info' and attach the build log for app-text/libspectre.
