Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Obtain a multipage PDF or PS document.
2.Try to print with the lp command with n-up optons and range. eg:
3. $lp -d PRINTER -o media=A4 -o number-up=2 -o page-ranges=x-y filename.pdf

Actual Results:  
Pages does not print in the intended range. 

Expected Results:  
Pages printed in range specified.

I tried to reproduce this today but it worked fine for me using cups-1.4.4 and ghostscript-gpl-8.71-r4. Please reopen if it's still an issue for you using the same versions.
