gxmame is a frontend for xmame but when emerged it doesn't pull in xmame as a dependancy

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge gxmame
Actual Results:  
gxmame emerged successfull, but was unusable as xmame did not merge

Expected Results:  
it should have emerged both packages
