Error was: Binary /usr/bin/svn seems to be missing! Overlay type "svn" not supported. Did you emerge dev-util/subversion?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install layman
2. try to add sunrise overlay (layman -f -a sunrise)
3. cry

When you choose an overlay being held in an svn source of course it does.
