How to reproduce:
  localhost ~ # grep DESCRIPTION /usr/portage/\
  > net-fs/curlftpfs/curlftpfs-0.9.1.ebuild
  DESCRIPTION="filesystem for acessing ftp hosts based on FUSE"

Expected result:
« acessing » should be spelled « accessing ». Maybe « filesystem » should be capitalized, while we're on it.

DESCRIPTIONs shouldnt start with capitalization as it is not a complete sentence
