I have installed ksambaplugin-0.4.2. Portage always wants to _up_grade it to the 
older release 0.4b. The naming of the ebuilds make Portage think 0.4b is newer, 
which is wrong.

Removed the older (0.4b) version from portage - should take care of the problem.
