OK, this is invalid. For the plugin on firefox 3, both nsplugin and xulrunner flags should be set. kindly explain what do you mean by "OK, this is invalid" there is no "nsplugin" flag for firefox yes, there is "xulrunner" and it is on if you look carefully at the emerge -av vlc firefox output you will realise the problematic flag settings and the problem lies in vlc, IMHO vlc should simply ask for firefox3 and link the vlc plugin to firefox 3 and thats what I have been asking an updated ebuild for vlc, which will pull firefox 3 and not firefox 2 ~S Those are the flags for vlc and both have to be set for vlc to depend on xulrunner (and as it depends on >=net-libs/xulrunner-1.8, that means it will use latest (1.9), so it will depend on firefox 3). So, as I already said, invalid. ohhh you are right ma bad then how do I close this ohhk got it,.. making this bug invalid thanks Rafał Mużyło ~S |
