Fix CMIBASE address detection problem in ebuild
The original ebuild didn't work on my P4 with onboard CMI8738 chip so I fixed
it. The ebuild is added as an attachment.
1) Changed copyright to 2004 - Happy New Year!
2) Fixed bug. Add the "0x" prefix only when a CMIBASE address is detected. The
original ebuild never gave an error message because it always had a base
address of "0x". The C compiler didn't like that at all.
3) Changed the pattern match to find the CMI8738 device in /proc/ioports also.
