but I didn't placed it by hand. There was an emerge --sync executed in the background when I noticed this one, but the bug is still present after the termination of that emerge --sync.

This makes absolutely no sense. For your information, app-admin/eselect-opengl sets what libGL is used. In any other way, this bug report does not present a bug - please direct your requests for support to our IRC channels or <http://forums.gentoo.org/>.
