Hi

I would like to propose these changes to the autofs init script and one little 
change to runscript.sh that allows the status command to autofs (and other 
init scripts?) to work. Also, this patch cleans up reload and start

Seemant, the status stuff is in rc-scripts, so please assign it to whoever you
got to look at this the previous time, thanks.

Thx for the help with autofs...I'm marking this as resolved. I changed the
default status to stats for better integration into Gentoo. I also think the
previous maintainers have implemented most of the ideas from your patch :)
