Compilation of net-p2p/btg-0.9.6-r1 fails when net-libs/rb_libtorrent-0.13 is merged. Compiles fine with net-libs/rb_libtorrent-0.12.1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =net-p2p/btg-0.9.6-r1
2. unmask ~arch keyword for net-libs/rb_libtorrent
2. net-libs/rb_libtorrent-0.13 is merged as dependency

Actual Results:  
net-p2p/btg fails to compile (build.log attached)

Expected Results:  
Package net-p2p/btg should compile with net-libs/rb_libtorrent version 0.13.

Tested on ~amd64 and ~x86. Attached build.log is from ~amd64, but it's practically the same as on ~x86.

according to upstream this is not even supposed to work with rb_libtorrent-0.13, changed the dependency to =0.12*
