first strongSwan 4.2.3 ebuild for testing.

4.1.x is now obsolete:

This ebuild is misusing the static use flag. Should be ripped out.

renaming the 4.2.6 ebuild to 4.2.7 seems to work fine. Just did an upgrade from 4.1.9 to 4.2.7 which worked fine, even after restarting ipsec :-).

Please remove strongswan 2.8.x, 4.1.x and 4.2.3 from portage. These version not longer maintained by strongswan project. 

4.2.[78] works for me on x86 and amd64

Cleaned out the package directory of all except the latest ebuild.  The others can be restored if a maintainer appears.
