app-pda/libopensync-plugin-syncml-0.36 fails to compile due to unrecognized (too new cmake).

This bug should depend on bug 237853.

Building 0.36 worked for me. It seems cmake-utils eclass is nowadays always pulling 2.6 so this should be fixed.
