Do not patch Makefile.in, patch Makefile.am and rebuild autotools, please.

This package wants antique automake 1.4, which is not normally emerged eny more. Yet it works (with a few warnings) with latest automake, too...

Should I hard depend on automake 1.4, or I go with latest version?
