(I have -gtk and gtk2 in my USE variable so I can slowly move toward the removal
of gtk and fully switch to gtk2.)

The xchat ebuild for version 2.x.x checks for the gtk flag, but associates it
with the 2.x.x version of gtk. It'd be much better to check for the gtk2 USE
flag instead.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -pv xchat
2.less /usr/portage/net-irc/xchat/xchat-2.0.*.ebuild
3.note the use of the 'gtk' flag and its association with gtk2

Actual Results:  
Those moving from gtk1 to gtk2 may not have the gtk parts of of xchat2 built.

Expected Results:  
gtk2 parts of xchat2 built and installed
