Please never call autotools directly, instead use eautoreconf (or eautomake, and JUST THESE TWO) from autotools.eclass. If you have any reason why those don't work, please let me know to fix them.

Please test and stabilize =x11-themes/redhat-artwork-5.0.8-r4 so previous version can be removed.

in USE="kde" emerge x11-themes/redhat-artwork he brake's because a missing kdecoration.h and kdecorationfactory.h
