Rxtx fails to compile with libtool errors.  eautoreconf is already in the ebuild.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge rxtx (2.1.7.2-r2)

As only web-browseable source was http://rxtx.qbang.org/pub/rxtx/rxtx-2.1-7/
I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like acinclude.m4 is simply libtool.m4,
so the correct fix would be 'rm acinclude.m4' before eautoreconf.

And no, AT_M4DIR would not be a correct way.
The other way would be 'rm ${S}/m4/libtool.m4'

rm acinclude.m4 did the trick.
