Description Chris Gianelloni (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-06-12 22:54:00 UTC
This is pretty simple. Starting with nvidia-drivers-173.14.05, we have this:

nvidia-drivers-173.14.05 # bzgrep X.Org NVIDIA_Changelog.bz2 | head -n 1
    * Added preliminary support for X.Org server 1.5.

*grin*

Will you guys change the blocking statement or do you want me to do it?
Comment 2 Donnie Berkholz (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-06-17 21:28:59 UTC
Go ahead and fix it up, remove blocker & re-add the video_cards flag and the dep on nvidia?

When it has been tested thoroughly.

Restrictions lifted Chris, thanks for pointing that out :)
Limited to 173.04.09 as .05 only had preliminary support (also failed to start for some folks).
