Wrong non-default configuration has no security relevance, reassigning. What is this: "one gentoo-x86-server with realtek/samba/tcp-tuning". You might at least point out which package in its default configuration is going wrong here. If you "tuned" your TCP in sysctl.conf, then at least post your sysctl.conf and tell us how Gentoo Linux is to blame. :) Sorry, I can't forward this bug report without more information.
