svg-experimantal flag has been removed, --enable-svg now enables or disables every svg-related build option.
dom-storage requires sqlite, so it should be enabled/disabled with sqlite use-flag
also added HTML5 offline web applications support which also requires sqlite

Reproducible: Always

When hildon use flag is set, I get:

checking for HILDON... configure: error: Package requirements (hildon-1) were not met:

No package 'hildon-1' found

If there is no "hildon" in portage, perhaps this use flag should be removed.
