um, how exactly did you STOP this? With CONTROL-C. Try removing the tmp files. It happened to me once. (rm -rf /var/tmp/portage/nmap-3.27) After that emerge again. how did you 'resume' ? `emerge` or `ebuild` ? re-open when you've posted more information for us as Spanky said |
