On a fully updated system (profile 2007) mythweb isn't working with apache.
Apache can't even start!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge apache and mythweb
2.include mythweb in httpd.conf (Include /var/www/localhost/htdocs/mythweb/mythweb.conf)
3.start apache

Actual Results:  
 * Service apache2 starting
 Apache2 has detected a syntax error in your configuration files:
Syntax error on line 104 of /var/www/localhost/htdocs/mythweb/mythweb.conf:
Invalid command 'php_value', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
 * ERROR:  apache2 failed to start

@Glenn: Please tell which version of www-apps/mythweb is installed.

The issue you're having is clearly explained by the error message you're pasting. Hint, review your /etc/conf.d/apache because your Apache doesn't include PHP currently

Additionally, there's no emerge --info, there's no info about versions of packages used. If you're using a web app, there's no information about the web server version you're using or it's configs.
