Mozilla 1.3.1 is out and so is galeon 1.3.5

Mozilla 1.3.1 has been out for quite some time now ("Released May 7, 2003"). Is
there any reasons why it's not in portage?

1.4 will be out soon.  It's hardly worth the effort to make ebuild for 1.3.1.

mozilla 1.3.1 doesn't have any advantage for linux-users, it only differs to 1.3 in some macos stuff.
