This package's Gentoo port was maintained by Matthew Kennedy, a former Gentoo dev. As such, when he left, I suspect that no one picked up maintainer-ship 

current upstream version is 0.11.5 and we are on 0.5.4.

Looks like upstream uses unversioned tarballs. I can't find 0.4.0 anywhere to fix this ebuild. 

@common-lisp team: Should we remove this version, all versions?
