glade 2.0.0 is in the tree, just still in testing (~) . If you can confirm it works for you we could probably bump it to stable (mention your arch!). I have it installed now. I'll give it a week or two of testing, going through tutorials, checking functionality and stability etc. I'll feed back when I'm done. Cheers. Gone through several tutorials and dropped lotsa code. Feels nice and stable, no problems encountered so far. Handles like silk :) Running on an x86 (Athlon XP proc). Nothing fancy. ok i was planning to unmask it, but repoman chokes on the gnomedb deps still being masked. liquidx whats the status on those ? well, i reported the bug i was having to the gnomedb guys on bugzilla but the only action i've seen was bumping it to MAJOR. but i believe that bug was a problem in mergeant rather than libgnomedb/libgda. the only problem i can see marking libgnomedb /libgda as stable is with bug 22598 Use of glade 2 is still resulting in nothing but happiness : Use of glade 2 is still resulting in nothing but happiness :¬) we need 0.11 libgda and such ? those were stable for their versions weren't they ? yes, it mergeant that is the problem .. both libgda and libgnomedb have stable versions now. yep, the deps (libgda/libgnomedb-0.12.1) are stable now, so i've bumped glade-2 to stable now. |
