POSE (Palm OS Emulator) requires fltk to build, but the pose ebuild does not
specify fltk as a dependency.  This causes the emerge to fail in the ./configure
stage.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a system which does not have fltk installed
2. emerge pose
Actual Results:  
./configure failed because it could not link with -lfltk


Expected Results:  
It should have emerged fltk as a prerequisite of the emerge of pose.
Instead, I needed to do this manually.
